He came out and fixed my car right away so I wasn't late for work. My alternator blew out and Brian saved me money by coming to my house and I did not have to get my car towed. Plus I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to the dealership. The dealership was trying to charge me more than double of the price that I paid Brian for the same alternator. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I have been the this shop several times and am always very pleased with the service. The shop is the cleanest I have ever seen. The manager and owner are so friendly. They aren't trying to trying to rip off their customers like some shops try to do. Bottom line: I would recommend this shop to anyone!

This by far has been the most amazing experience I have ever had at a body shop. As a woman going to that type of environment is never a comfortable experience they always seem to think they have the upper hand on you and treat you as such. How refreshing to be treated with such professionalism and courtesy. Definitely top of the line service I would recommend them to my friends and family! First they forgot the two appointments I had made. One on a Sunday they forgot, then the Monday lunchtime for an oil change. After two apologies they did the oil change and filter on Tuesday. They kept stressing how I required, "a full car checkup for only $25". I declined. I drove home and checked the oil. A good portion of it was over the engine, as they had not screwed the oil filler cap down enough. 2 days later I went back and told them and also mentioned that the transmission was shifting erratically and they stressed how important a full car checkup would be at this point and how they could do a full service on the transmission, although I had had NO problems till this point. I went elsewhere and the vacuum hose leading to the shifter actuator on the side of the transmission had been removed and neatly coiled up on the side of the engine. I thought about going in swinging to the mental midget who runs the place, but realised it would not do anything. These jokers should not be allowed to be in business. Please avoid them at all costs.

I want second opinion, and repair or used replacement

I took my Pontiac grand am 2005 and Sammy, his mechanic and front desk staff was very helpful. The prices were very reasonable and I was pleased with the oil change and the change of break pads that they did. Thanks! I will definitely come back and I strongly reccommend it.
