Nice guys and they mean well. If you are interested in a top notch professional shop keep looking. This is an old school garage and mechanic that struggles to get the repair completely done the first time you bring your vehicle in. Fully expect not to have your vehicle ready when promised and to get it back dirty inside and out. They will make the repair work eventually but expect to waste a lot of your time in the process.

This company is a scam. Paid for a service and warranty in which they didn't complete either. Paid for a rebuild and only got parts replaced. Tony told me they were rebuilding my cvt transmission when in reality all they did was replace the valve body and cones. SIX months later it went out again they had it for two and a half months and it still wasn't fixed. Had to have it towed to a reputable company to have it fixed right which cost me more money on top of what I paid them to do in the first place

Dropped of my car at 10:00 AM. Chris the manager said we will check the car and give a call. 4:30 PM I called to check on the status. Chris said we are still checking I will call back. 7:15 PM drove by the shop it was closed. Called the shop answering service can not get hold of any one. Left a message for the owner to call back. Have to be at work at 7:00 AM. 8:30 PM still no response. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I've always been very happy with the work you guys do. I was recently very impressed to find out that it was quite a bit cheaper to come to Bergman's than it was to go to a "value" car repair place, and your team definitely knew a lot more about my BMW than Long tire and Auto did. Can't thank you guys enough for being honest with me even though it meant you not making as much money. That's the best thing you can hope to find in a repair place! Horrible experience with this company. I will never take any of my vehicles to this location again. Tint peeling, speakers going out, parts on car broken, lies and more lies. Say put in speakers, they put in tweeters. Say that something is covered, come back and they say I gotta pay. I rarely post anything online but my experience each time has been horrible.
