I have a 2002 Toyota RAV4. Suddenly one day part of my exhaust system separated from the catalytic converter. I found Anthony on Mechanic Advisor and called for an appt. He said I could bring it right over for an estimate. He did not charge for the estimate. At first he thought it would need a new catalytic converter which he could get for much less than at the dealer but which was still very costly. I decided to leave it over night and rented a car through his connection with Enterprise. In the morning I called Anthony and was told the car was ready and the good news was that I had not needed a catalytic converter after all and the repairs would only cost about 1/3 of the original estimate. Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.
