4-10-13- BUNCH of IDIOTS. No one knows what they are doing they all stand around doing nothing. I called asked for two parts which I was told they had, when I got there they didn't have a clue what I was talking about, had to order from another store then came in to pick up parts the next day and they had no idea what I was talking about. Mary needs to be fired. She never called me back after several conversations and several times on hold, I was never given an answer. Every time I was put on hold for 10mins every time then when she would pick up it was like she didn't remember. I will never shop at autozone again!!!!

I found an add in the coupon book for a 39.00 Front End alignment. I thought I would take advantage of the deal. I was explained up front that was for a basic front end alignment. They took me right in and found I had a bad tie rod end. They showed me the part, gave me a price right up front. Kurt the Manager was great. Napa Auto Parts on Cape Coral Pkwy run by Wes Dale is overall the best auto mechanic experience I have ever had! I was broke down on the interstate with a dead alternator/battery and Wes personally picked me up and towed me back home within the hour! He replaced my alternator within 2-3 hours and charged me way less for the tow and the part/labor than any dealer in town would have. Several weeks after this I hit a pole and tore off my front bumper, I brought it back to Wes and his staff, and again, within the hour it was fixed like new for practically nothing! I will continue to use their services from now on and am recommending to a family member in need of service. I often am terrified anytime I need to have my vehicle serviced because I am a woman who knows very little about auto mechanics and can get robbed very easily, so this is a big deal to me!!
