alternator, front bumper repair
Napa Auto Parts on Cape Coral Pkwy run by Wes Dale is overall the best auto mechanic experience I have ever had! I was broke down on the interstate with a dead alternator/battery and Wes personally picked me up and towed me back home within the hour! He replaced my alternator within 2-3 hours and charged me way less for the tow and the part/labor than any dealer in town would have. Several weeks after this I hit a pole and tore off my front bumper, I brought it back to Wes and his staff, and again, within the hour it was fixed like new for practically nothing! I will continue to use their services from now on and am recommending to a family member in need of service. I often am terrified anytime I need to have my vehicle serviced because I am a woman who knows very little about auto mechanics and can get robbed very easily, so this is a big deal to me!!

Ball joint
These guys are in no way affiliated with NAPA. I went to them because I thought I would get the same service the NAPA parts name delivers. They dont even get their parts from there. They charged me $125.oo for a part the NAPA had for $50. and were going to charge me $190.00 for a part that eventually got a autozone later that day for $108.00. They put it on and fought with me and argued because they didnt have a signed work order authorizing the work. The owner Wes told me to sign the work order under duress and intimidated me into paying when knew it wasnt right. Avoid this guy at all costs. he is the guy with the beat up NAPA race car he wheels out during the day and runs a auto detail shop with a gyro cart out front. t should have been a major indicator of what was to come.

CV Joint
I was broken down in Cape Coral and these guys took advantage of me. The charged me %200 more than competitors shops in Cape Coral. They overcharged me for parts and took advantage of me because of my situation. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the State. They did work they had not a signed work order authorizing the work and price.
