My experience with the transmission shop was great. They are honest mechanics who stand by their work. The owner Joey, must really have Christ residing in his heart. They are extremely kind and professional.

I have been a Jim's Auto customer for several years and have always been satisfied with the service. I always receive informative calls and feel the price is in line with the quality of service I get.

These are the only folks I've trusted my Volkswagen within the last three years or so - my roommate has brought her Honda there for six years. They are honest, reliable, and the only people I feel comfortable trusting my car with. Honesty! I have found Clay County Transmissions to be reliable and honest. I have had repairs done when needed and the techs have told me when I didn't need repairs. The repairs have always been done well and the follow up is included. I have not found a more honest or reputable establishment. I will return to Clay Count Transmission when I need work again.

DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I WENT IN FOR A COOLANT DUMP. THEY SAID MAYBE THE WATER PUMP THEY PUT ON 3 MONTHS AGO. AFTER 7 HRS BERNIE Calls to let me know they replaced placed the water pump and now they think its the thermostat which isn't under the water pump which they replaced 3 months ago by Ray's. AFTER 2 DAYS I SHOW TO TAKE MY VAN FROM THEM, ONLY TO HEAR ITS ALMOST DONE. I GET MY VAN BACK AND THE TEMP GAUGE SHOWS WAY INTO HOT, I ASKED WHY IS THE TEMPERATURE GAUGE SHOWING OFF THE CHART, THE RESPONSE WAS ( HOW CAN I SAY IT WAS WORKING WHEN I BROUGHT THE VAN IN). NOW IM TOLD BY THE FATHER OF THE FATHER AND SON TEAM AND I QUOTE (YOUR A SPUTID MOTHER FUCKER WHEN IT COMES TO MECH AND FOR ME TO LEAVE THE FUCKING PREMISES YOU MOTHER FUCKING ASSHOLE.) I ASK HIM WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT ME AND HE TOLD ME TO GO FUCK MYSELF. 288.00 IS THE CHARGE BERNIE SAID I OWE FOR A BAD REPAIR. NOW MY TEMPERATURE GAUGE IS ALWAYS IN THE PASS HOT WHICH IS THE H FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW. MY OIL STICK HOLDER WAS BROKEN AND THE FRESH AIR HOSE WAS NOT CONNECTED AND MY TRANSMISSION CHECK STICK WAS HANGING OUT. WHEN I SHOWED THE FATHER THIS MESS HE SCREAMED AT ME THAT THE LAST PEOPLE WHO REPAIRED BROKE IT, THATS WHEN I TOLD HIM YOU WORKED ON THIS LAST AND HE REPLIED, NO BEFORE US. MAKING SENSE YET??? I WILL KEEP YOU ALL UPDATED ON THE SMALL CLAIMS LAW SUIT.

Stay away! I have a 1999 gold edition gts Subaru Legacy kept in a garage for last 13 years (dash is perfect). Geigo insurance uses Roundtree for claims and in Dec 12 I was told to leave my car for 5 days. when I dropped my car off I asked the front desk woman if she would mind asking the mechanics to replace the window sun shields when the car is parked in the lot, her reply was that the mechanics may have to move your car 15 times or more and they can t be bothered by dealing with window sun shields . I came back 5 days later and found that the car was never moved. I should have never left it. I have since taken my car to another auto body shop. If you care about your car do not take to someplace that does not. Can t comment about the ability of the mech s but if the front desk is any indication I suggest you go elsewhere.

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. They have the worst customer service one in particular Mike Simpson. The mechanics don't know what they are doing. You may as well go to a shade tree mechanic as least you will be a able to drive your car a little while.They told us one price and when we arrived it was another.My car went in for a starter and came out with a new engine. They kept my car for 37 days I paid 5,300.00 and drove it for 4 days and it broke down. Then had to take it to another dealer to get what Sunbelt messed up fixed. If you can not provide adequate service do not advertise that you can be honest with the customer give them a choice to go to another deaaler. How can a brand new 2012 car have so many issues I can tell you I took it to Sunbelt in Lake City Fl worst mistake of my life. 08/17/2012-9/27/2012 is how long it for them to break my car even more. I had my car towed to Advance Auto because the starter died. They checked out the car and called me with a very reasonable price quote. When I picked my car up several hours later, the owner gave me the total, which was less than 1/2 the quoted price - he had checked out the starter, found that it had a short in it and repaired it for me,saving me the cost of the new part!! Additionally, they washed and vacuumed the car and scrubbed my ridiculously filthy wheels. They are cleaner than they've been since they were new! This is the most honest and honorable auto repair establishment that I have EVER had the good fortune to deal with.

Unfortunately a rat took up residencey in the engine of my vehicle and chewed thru a bunch of wires. Plus my ac was having problems. If you give Lee the time,he will give you an honest estimate and repair. Great place to deal with!!

I had my Dakota trans overhauled at this shop and have nothing but shifting problems despite bringing it back 3 times it's still was not right! Got tired of dealing with the rude manager and took it to another shop to make it right. Never again.

Don't waste your time with this shop. It took them an hour to figure out how to start a diesel engine after replacing a fuel filter. The owner books too much work and plays used car salesman explaining to customers why their cars are not ready after being there all day. I was being nice after waiting forever for just a fuel filter change to have my blinkers fixed. I had to call him back after he said he ordered the part. He said he would call when the part came in. This was 3 weeks ago. What a joke.
