I want to thank Richard and the whole team who worked on my older SLK 320. I travel for work and she has been sitting for the past 2 years. I had her brought in, they diagnosed her needs and provided a written estimate and made recommendations for what was needed. The communication between Richard and I was through phone calls and e-mails as I was out of state the entire time. What a wonderful group of people who take amazing pride in their work. I finally found a good mechanic in Tampa! Since I've been in, this business has bent over backwards to help me get my AC running. I've never recommended a mechanic before, because I couldn't. I refer everyone I know to Twilight! They do great, quality work at fair prices...but only NECESSARY work! These guys are honest and direct...which I love...and unlike other shops around town, the guys at Twilight try to help me SAVE money rather than telling me my car needs repairs that it doesn't really NEED. A+++!!!

My car stayed several days in that workshop and when I looked for it and arrived at my house it gave me the same problem again, which was supposedly fixed .... I paid for pleasure, I threw away my money that day... Terrible experience

My Sonata had a flat tire and the key to unlock the wheel so the tire could be changed was missing. I had to be at work by a certain time, and the folks at National Auto did a great job solving the problem and getting a new tire on my vehicle. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. Shout out to Adam who got it done so I made it to work early!

The staff was nice, I went in with a suspected alternator issue but it was a bad battery terminal. It ended up being $500 for a battery replacement and one terminal. I understand the battery is $250 maybe but 129 for labor on a 15-20 minute activity seemed steep, especially since advanced ( and other retailers) would have put the battery in for free. And terminal replacement work is usually 25-50$

Justin and his crew have done work on several of our vehicles, and nothing but the best service. They are very honest and fast, never had much downtime with any of our cars. Highly recommended.
