Very positive experience.

I'm sure this shop does okay work on tire installations and alignments, but I recommend going elsewhere for major vehicle repairs. After having my AC compressor and condenser replaced, the belt tensioner now makes a rattling sound whenever the compressor clutch is engaged. Matt claimed the new compressor changed the angle of the belt, causing the noise, but I find this explanation unconvincing. Somehow, they managed to damage the belt tensioner in the process and now want to charge me more for the fix.

Dropped my wife’s car off with Ian to have some simple repairs done. He got the car back quick and done right. He was even able to point out some common failure points on the R56’s so that I can keep an eye out and have them repaired before major damage will occur. Will definitely bring the car back here for service. Friendly knowledgeable and fair price.

The oil sending unit in my wife's truck broke and pumped out most of the oil in the engine. Thankfully there was Mobil 1 in the engine. Mark found the problem quickly and fixed it, changed the oil and she's back in service. Mark is very intelligent, knowledgable and has always been very honest in his dealings.

New to the area and they really know what they're doing. The best mechanics I have done business with so far. Very very impressed and satisfied with all their work, will definitely be my go to guys from now on with everything!

Honest, fair price, and best of all work is done correct. Cant ask for much more from an auto repair shop in this area. I've been taking my car here for a few years now and have always been happy with my car after repair!

This place is simply awesome! I went there a little while ago to have multiple repairs done to my car. They gave me an estimate on what I NEEDED to get done then gave me an estimate on what HAD to be done because of my financial situation. I lost my job right after that and they let me pay and stored my car for 2 weeks while I paid them off. FREE OF CHARGE. Who does that anymore?!? These guys are great. Plain and simple

I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.

Typical grift shop. Friendly upfront and unorganized and uneducated in the back. This place will leave you with zero confidence in the "work" i use the word work loosely because i had to bring the vehicle back in after a couple of days with new problems and im sure there will be more problems as an extension of the "work" done here. My suggestion is to take your vehicle to a real mechanic

Excellent Job and excellent price!!! They told and showed me what needed to be fixed on my Pontiac. Love the customer service and will def be back for any of my car needs.

Tire pressure light came on, so I took my car to the local Honda dealership. The dealership said a nail in both of my front tires was causing the tire pressure light to come on. They said one of the tires could be patched (for $25), but the other couldn't be patched & needed to be completely replaced (for $150). Not wanting to pay that much, I immediately took my car to this Royal One Tires shop, which was just 1/2 mile from the dealership. The nails turned out to be 2 tiny broken off screws; both of which were less than 1/2 inch long. Royal One removed the tiny screws & discovered that because they were so small, neither had punctured my tires. No air pressure whatsoever had come out of either tire, and both tires were perfectly fine. Nothing needed patching or replacing. They could have very easily told me the same thing the dealership told me & just offered to do the work for less. I would have probably been OK with that and had them do it. But they said they were more interested in earning someone's trust & hopefully getting a new steady customer, than they were in making a quick buck off someone dishonestly. I will be going back to them for all future tire needs. They now have a new, steady customer!

Great people, great work. Julio is the only one I let work on my truck except in the most desperate situations. He's worked on my truck for years and will continue to as long as I have it.

My first visit to this shop and everything is clean and organized. Hector, showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and gave me my options to fix the problems. Just based off my experience and Hector's knowledge of Hondas and Acuras, I can definitely recommend Hondapro.

We brought in a used vehicle we had just purchased because the gears were not shifting smooth and there was a troubling vibration at low speeds. The diagnosed the issue, added an additive that immediately resolved the issue and we did not get soaked on the cost.
