Ford service near Sebastian, FL

On September 10, 2020 I needed my ABS, Traction control and warning light "Hill Assist" checked. Well it was an ABS sensor had it fixed in less than an hour. Customer service there was top notch. Would bring my vehicle back to them. Price was fair.

Now i'm not gonna lie! They do cost an arm and leg! (Normally) But they came and rescued me and my family stranded in the middle of no where and didnt charge us that much in my opinion! We were very far away! He knew we were stuck out there for awhile so he stopped and let us go potty and even grab a snack!

I have an '85 Toyota PU with a steering problem. Reasonable rebuilt the front end and now it steers like it just came off the showroom floor. Thank you Reasonable. Harold

Sloppy Mechanic work and a crook. Provided him with a GOOD used low mileage used engine and transmission for swapping out. On the test drive the serpentine belt we came loose because of a bolt they forgot to tighten and caused Loud clanking sound. Took close to a week to get him to address the issue. He returned my car to me with a check engine, light on and stalling. Had to take it to another mechanic to diagnose. Codes for check, engine light indicated a faulty, throttle position sensor and a misfire on fifth cylinder. He charge me $2200 in labor alone. Easy fixes for a competent mechanic . He is an INcompetent mechanic and a VERY SHADY CHATACTER !

Do some research with the BBB before you let tharps work on your car, they will sell you parts you don't need and do not repair things they charged you for, see they know they can do this because many people do not know what to look for, I know there deceptive practice's I used to work there but quit because there dishonesty..

If I could leave less than one star for this I would. I've had numerous complaints from customers in my area about the shop I just recently visited. The customer's house who had claimed to have new parts put in by this person, and the parts were from a used car and the price of the whole job was cheaper than anyone else. That's what threw the red flag. When I look the parts up the parts even as cheap as I can get them we're more than the repair. I've had other customers tell me that he tried to tell them that there was a severe electrical problems with their car and that it would cost 800 to 1200 dollars to fix when the only thing that was wrong with the car was bad light bulbs. I would not recommend going to this person's shop at all.

Carl and the Southern Car Care team did an outstanding job diagnosing an instrument panel problem on my Pontiac Firebird. They fixed the speedometer, instrument lights, fuel gauge and warning lights in very short order and at a very reasonable cost. Carl has earned is great reputation for autmotive electrical work in our community, and he really impressed me with the speed, quality and reasonable cost of work.

THEY WORKED WITH MY INSURANCE CO. & MADE WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, NOT SO BAD, THEY SET ME UP IN A RENTAL , WORKED WITH INSURANCE AND EVEN HELPED ME WITH MY DEDUCTIBLE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL REFER EVERYONE I KNOW.

Recently I took my car in for some tires and a competitor informed me they found several other things that needed immediate repair but I decided to get a second opinion from Brin at Assured Auto Works. After his inspection, not only were the conditions exaggerated but some of the suggested work was not even necessary at all. Finding an honest repair shop that will not nickle and dime you to death is extremely difficult in this day and age and I’m extremely grateful to have finally found someone trustworthy to take care of my auto maintenance and repairs. Excellent work, competitive prices, ethical and dependable.

i took my ford ex that was not shifting there tech, diagnosed the trouble an had me back on the road for less than $200.dollars.very satisfied.

Horrible experience with this Mechanic, This thug his name is Steve ripped me off ,and damaged my car. I gave him my car to repair my power steering column since I had a fluid leak and always hearing a noise . He called me to come and pick up my car, When I got there car's battery was dead, because he left the headlights on, So he gave it a jump to work and told me that it will work fine , also it wasn't clear that he didn't correctly fix power steering, so I paid him $522 for his work., meanwhile and in the same date it requires me to do the same each time I ride it, so I called and told him he should fix it on his own, but he hung up with me, so I went directly to another mechanic "tire plus", They did diagnosis on the car and reported that the battery is no longer working , and have them change it. I also had them check his work since the noise and squeaking started to show up again. I was surprisingly shocked by their report which said that he damaged lines connecting the ps column and the fluid leak is still there. They gave me an estimate for repairing this which include redoing power steering and pressure hose as well, and the cost for doing this is $1220, which is close to three times I paid him. And since I don't trust him anymore, I don't advise you to go to this dishonest person !! .He is negligent , unskilled and unprofessional too. he will rip you off and damage your car!!

Rob was very honest and insightful on issue I had on my old Toyota Avalon and my f150 pickup. He can fix it,if it is possible to be fixed!

By far the most honest and straightforward auto repair provider I have used in my 41 years in Melbourne, Florida. They charge a market price (not a low price) and I am fine with that. Mellor's works on many different vehicles, which is a challenge, and generally use good quality aftermarket parts. I often ask Mellor's to quote to me both dealer parts and aftermarket parts, and then I decide which parts to ask them to get. That flexibility as to parts is important to me. For example, I always without exception choose the dealer oil filter.
