Wow! What a great shop! I needed some work done on my Audi and I didn't want to take it to the dealership, so I Googled shops in my area and The V Shop had nothing but great reviews. Now I see why. Roger and his team run a very clean shop. Professional. Knowledgable. Fair. My car went in for an ignition coil and came out with a full courtesy inspection and a small list of things that I was not aware of, but no pressure from them to "get these fixed right away" as a sales pitch to make more money. I called Al Yaghy the store manager about a few things I need to be done with my car. I had an issue with the Goodyear tries that came on my car from the factory. I called and stopped by 4 Goodyear stores in the immediate area and nobody would help me. Al went out of his way to get my tires warrantied. In return I allowed him to service my car and do a full diagnostic. Since then I have referred several friends and neighbors. All Goodyear stores need to take lessons from Al on how to treat customers and provide outstanding customer service, he also has a great team working in the shop. I was very impressed with this shop. Upon scheduling an appointment to have my vehicle repaired, Frank had already pulled my claim number and had obtained the necessary information. He immediately ordered the parts and began working on my car. What was supposed to be a 3 week repair turned into less than 1 week. Frank even stayed until 7pm to make sure the job was done right. Again, these guys work hard and pride themselves on producing quality work. Highly recommended!

went in to have my classic car serviced while away out of town, lower ball joints,wipers not working,& a/c service. the a/c service turned into a night with mis diagnostics 3 times & still did not get it right, 1st I was told I needed a compresor,next I needed an actuator that opened & closed my vents which I was told they needed to take the dash out of my car(which it never was) 8hrs of labor, next I needed a control head... this is where I put the brakes on. Whoa $1,500.00 later I was billed & only got my ball joints done & wipers working. A/C still does not blow cold air, not to mention they charged me for a 4 wheel alignment on a rear wheel drive full framed car (which cannot be done by the way) when I mentioned it Sam looked stunned & had no answer??? why the charge. next when my car was brought around after them having it for 2 weeks the lt & rt doors were riddled with door dents, when I showed him again he was stunned with a loss for words. & offered up $100.00 discount on my bill, well it cost me over $700.00 to re due my two doors & I run a collision center. (not even close guys) these people have no respect for your personal car as my classic was parked out back & was stained from front to back with tree droppings & bird poop, these guys are great talkers but don't be fooled unless its something they can plug a computer into & let it do the work for them. If you don't take my advise & still service your car there make sure you check it well for damages when you get it back as they stack cars side by side & on top of each other on lifts "just say no"

Wonderful service

As an owner of an S60-R Volvo, I like and need a certified professional to service my auto. After my discontent with the non-excellent customer service experience from my nearby Volvo dealer, I decided to try Davie Motors, and so glad that I did. Jeff who works the front desk scheduled my appointments at my convenience, advised me on the status of my auto & the cost of my repairs in a timely manner and with courtesy. Jeff was also attentive as I waited for my repairs to be completed. I was pleased that Doron, the DM owner, he had "hands on" with my auto and listened to my concerns with an unhurried patience and also attentive. And most important to me, they treated me with respect and equality by using all the mechanical words to describe the issues and explaining them too when requested. And considering that I am a woman, that is what I call great customer service. The cost of repairs is reasonable too for being a performance auto. My auto is running as expected, thanks to the auto care from Davie Motors! Thanks to Kip, Jeff & Doron!
