Engine repair service near Westchase, FL

I just had my A/C fixed at All Tune on Saturday. They were able to get it fixed the same day and the van was only brought in at noon. I would not have wanted to drive around in the Florida heat with leather seats and no A/C. Bob and his crew did an awesome job and charged me a fair price. They are very well known in the community and you will hear many great reports about them if you ask around.

The team pays attention to your concerns, investigate the issues that concern you, then give you the option of how you wish them to proceed. The service is top notch and performed in a timely fashion; and above all, the customer is treated with respect! And that is hard to find these days.

Every time I go to Paul Mancini for service on my 2001 Cadillac SLS, he is thorough and fair. I have had new tires put on, A/C fixed, Oil Changed. Paul always has helpful advise to save me money and always tells me what I should do next on my 11 year old car and what I can put off a little while longer. I have been going to them since 2009. I absolutely love and trust them and would highly recommend Mancini's on Old 54, in New Port Richey!

NOT HAPPY! Made an appointment, when I arrived at the shop only requested LOF, it was clearly stated, they went ahead and did the diagnostics. First of all, the shop charged me excessive fees....READ your bill....I was charged for use of a "shop towel" to do a diagnostic, go figure! If I had the work done, I would still have to take my vehicle to a dealership...they can't do the "total job". Why bother!

1 star only because there is no lower rating. Had screw in my tire which they charged me $20 plus to fix. Had to return about 17 days later for leaking air and they put in 5 pounds and said "you better keep an eye on it." Took to dealership for repair of their repair and told they had ground down the area around the puncture so far that tire could not be repaired. Cost $295 for new tire to replace the 6 month old tire that Tuffy ruined. Only after help from the Corporation headquarters, returned to Tuffy New Port Richey and manager examined tire and confirmed it could not be repaired and offered $200 - which he thought was fair. Will never use Tuffy for anything and STRONGLY caution anyone from ever using this Company. Horrible work, Horrible customer service and obviously use inexperienced, unsupervised and/or untrained 'mechanics'. Only advice is - run.... run far and run fast. You may think this slanderous but it is only slanderous if it is not true. I GUARANTEE, this is true and have their paperwork and dealership paperwork and several witnesses to back up story.

Frank is a master in his art. He has now completed the 2nd major engine out service on my Ferrari 355, the first in 2008 and recent one in 2015. The most recent service included huge changes including radiator replacements, suspension and shock work, engine tear down to replace and test everything (injectors, leakdowns etc). Frank takes his time and misses nothing. Anything that comes up while in the process gets a phone call and a decision is jointly made before he proceeds. He takes his time and is a true adviser, never pushing for additional work always advising and showing, reviewing and making decisions based on time and cost and availability. He is honest in his assessments and happy to review risk/rewards. His pricing is fair and he has never taken advantage. He treats all his customers with respect and not as another wallet to be taken advantage of. He truely loves the cars he is working on. He will happily take time for phone calls and "dumb owner" questions and happy to meet with you any time of the day to just shoot the breeze. Nobody will ever work on my Ferrari's other than Frank in the future.

Great mechanic. Gets the job done. Very reliable. All around good guy. Al is our "Go-to" mechanic.
