I had a frustrating experience with Auto Repair Pros and Walter, the repair advisor. It's unacceptable that he failed to fix my car noise issue despite multiple visits and charges. I’m gonna explain now everything to make it clear! My issue was with some noise coming from engine, my repair advisor was Walter. I dropped off my car for the service, and in the end of the day Walter asked me to leave the car for another day, I said ok. The next day car wasn’t fixed. I rented a car. Eventually car was staying there for 6 days. I spent money for car rent which Walter promised me to cover because kept the car too for their fault and didn’t do. They changed so many things and eventually when I picked up my car I realized that the noise is still there. Walter told me that it can’t be fixed because it’s Nissan car and the mileage is already 120K. I have my warranty for my car, I paid my deductible which I have to pay and also Walter charged me taxes which I shouldn’t pay. I was ok, paid it and got my car back thinking let’s see what’s going on. Next days I was checking my car and after few days I realized that that the problem was with motor mount which auto shop didn’t find and didn’t fixed. I sent car again to that shop and explain the issue to Walter again, he agreed with me and took my car again for the service. In the end of the day when I was picking up my car Walter said me they changed the motor mount but the noise was still there, Walter said there’s nothing they can do with that. Again I paid deductible and taxes and left the shop. I was very disappointed and upset about the service. A week later I decided to go to the official Nissan dealership service and after diagnostic they told me that the issue is with motor mount which is never been charged. They changed the motor mount and the issue was resolved and I never hear the noise again! So I’m very disappointed with service and Walter, who was lying me about everything, he charged me for taxes which I shouldn’t pay, according my agreement I’m only paying for deductible 100$. He promised me to cover my rental which wasn’t covered( I realized this when I called to warranty company and calculated everything, however invoice that Walter gave me says he deducted 200$ for rental) and eventually he didn’t fix my car! I’m thinking about to talk to my attorney about this case, because its not appropriate to lye customers like this.

This location had recently hired a new mechanic, who is EXCELLENT. That is the reason for my 5-star rating. He had done several extensive repairs on my car at his previous work place. He KNOWS his work inside and out, is always professional, always ready to answer as many questions as you may have and explain in detail. He does not cut corners and will try to save you money whenever possible. If you come here, ask for him. His name is John, and he is a Caucasian guy with a goatee who works weekday afternoons.

this is a mickey mouse company! the Micky mouse that came to help me on the road did a damage to a brand new car! he came with a sedan to help a transit! with flip flop and tank! ridicules! if you care about your car dont call, dont walk, RUN

We decided to find service for change oil and tire rotation. We bought a voucher for "Marka Tires and Auto Repair". I did not make an appointment, so they were busy that day and I was told that there is a choice for me to either come other day by appointment or wait about an hour. I decided to wait. They really began with my car in an hour. I asked them to re-learn TPMS after the tier rotation. In all other places we have been before it was done on regular basis without any additional price and it usually takes 5-7 min. Here I was told that it is not included in voucher and it will take about an hour and will cost me $95. I called to my husband and we decided that $95 it is too much for the work that usually is complementary and takes 5-7 minutes (even we do it ourselves without special equipment). I asked Marko specifically that according to the voucher it will be synthetic oil and manager Marco told me that it is correct. During the service I took a look on my car and realized that the oil they were going to put in my car is not synthetic!!! The manager Marco (or maybe he is the owner of the place) noticed that I am looking and immediately stood between me and the car and shielded the view. When Marco moved away I saw that the mechanic removed the box with oil, which he wanted to put in my car and brought another oil in a completely different package. After some time, manager Marco called me to the repair area and showed that they were pouring synthetic oil. I said that I saw that they wanted to pour not synthetic oil, to which Marco replied that he had stopped the mechanic. So, guys if you ever decided to change oil in this place: watch by yourself with your own eyes what kind of oil they are going to put in your car!!! After the service is done, I got into the car and saw that some yellow dashboard icon had started to burn. I phoned my husband and he told me that this is a motor icon. I showed this dashboard icon to the manager Marco, Marco told me "that this is motor", I answered "yes, this is motor, but this icon did not glow when I arrived". He told me that he did not believe me but decided to check what it was. It turned out to be an error of the O2-heater controller. I was told that it has no connection with the oil change. I talked to my husband again by phone and my husband told me to ask the mechanic to reset this error so we could monitor if the icon light up again. When I approached the manager in response to my request, he began to point his finger at me and sad that I am lying, and I am a liar! It was insult! I told him that it is abuse (I made step back and I raised my voice to stop him). He told me that it is not abuse. I told him that it was him who was caught with the incorrect oil. He waved to me and left... Service with fraud and disgusting insulting attitude to call a customer a liar!!!

There are a lot of good wrenches in the world, but there are few who are also able to run an elite business. Angie runs one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She does what she says she is going to do. The cars are well taken care of. She communicates well using text message, email, and follow up calls. I had my 94 Trans Am completely restored by Marty's and I have nothing but good things to say about Marty and this shop. Few people have had a restoration done on a vehicle, but it's a very challenging affair. If a shop can deliver excellent results on a restore, they can handle anything, especially your more typical, shorter duration repairs. A lot of communication and discussion is needed to talk about the quality of parts and options available on restoration repairs. Marty, the owner, was constantly available and in communication with me about the status of my repairs. Brandon, who coordinated all of the purchasing, scheduling and repair work was also always available, very knowledgeable, and took the time to discuss and work through options. And Bob, the mechanic who worked on my car was amazing. His knowledge of automotive repair is incomprehensible. It wasn't the cheapest place in town, but worth it to have people that are so knowledgeable and that I could really trust working on my car and to get the quality results I expected on my car. For anyone looking for a solid shop that can provide partial or complete restorations of domestic muscle cars, this is the place!

Very good service, never had a problem with any mechanic, professionally run and operated. Have been going here for a long time and they have always been honest with me on everything. They have a great staff, and take care of business in a fast, efficient method.

Be very careful with shell rapid lube they're absolutely unprofessional and highly uncertified, no one has any certifications and they illegally employ personals on the weekends to do jobs that require certifications. I have got my brakes done on a Thursday, absolutely bad job. Came back with a complaint to find out a uncertified ASE personnel did the brake job and signed off with another workers name that was certified to do the job but wasn't working that day.(not to mention the company doesn't have licenses to perform brakes) so they can't cover damages that can be done by uncertified ASE mechanics or a certified one.

This is the worst place ever to take your car to get your a/c fixed. People may seem nice and honest there. But my most sincere opinion is, to never go there for anything. Price might seem reasonable to you against comparing it to another competitor; because that's what we did. Trying to save a few bucks, bottom line, took our cars to get their a/c repaired and none of them work properly. Took one of them 3 times to see if they can correct the problem, and they couldn't it. They even said that they will find a professional in a/c to try to fix it. Bull and all bull...they didn't resolve the problem.

They filled my transmission with 4 additional quarts. Left my power steering cap off. I've had 1200 dollars so far worth of damage done to my car. Corporate says they check all fluids while the sunrise location says they do not. Aka they are taking no accountability. These people are terrible. Have not heard back from corporate or johnathan from the ftl location.

No longer Mobil 1 and key employees left. If you are concerned about whether a company takes responsibility for damage to your vehicle, then avoid this location. I drive a van with an antenna dome that stands up 20” on the roof. Their employee guided me into the bay and directly into a partially lowered bay door that destroyed the antenna. The employee was petrified when he realized what he had done but I sensed from the beginning that no one wanted to take responsibility. This location is owned by a Valvoline (not Mobile 1) franchisee in the Boston area but no one at the local business, the regional manager, or the office in Boston would ever return messages. In fact, no one in Boston would even answer the phone if I they saw my caller ID. Not a very professional company. When after a month I finally got the main man in Boston, he said they were not responsible because the employee told him that he could not see the antenna. Really? 20” on top of a van? Pretty lame. Think twice about who you want to do business with.
