Rv and camper repair service near Wildwood, FL

Trusted Nichols with my 38" RV for some suspension work. The week after I pick up my RV I left on a 7 hour family vacation New Year’s road trip. RV freshly out of the shop – so I felt confident in the RV mechanically. I was wrong… Shortly after leaving for my trip the entire wheel/rim broke off the lugs causing undercarriage damage, frame damage, and underskirt damage. Not to mention the rim was damage beyond repair. I have never seen anything like it. The roadside mechanic that was gracious enough to help me on his day off, the day after Christmas, was baffled. In his 26 years as a master mechanic he had never seen anything like it. After some investigation we figured out Nichols RV left lug nuts loose causing the lugs to snap completely off. The mechanic found more loose lug nuts on the other side. I can’t imagine if this would have happened on both sides at highway speeds. The negligence of this shop could have ended deadly for my family. Thank goodness no one was hurt. I personally would not trust Nichols RV again. Management was not willing to do anything for me other than apologize. I cannot in good faith recommend this shop to anyone. Working with any mechanic where I personally feel obligated to double check their work is not one I will trust with the life of my family.

RVCR Of Ocala has to be the best RV repair shop in the state of florida. I have dealt with two other repair shops, and have got nothing but the run around. Both of these companys went out of business very unexpectedly and my coach was sent to RVCR Of Ocala without my even knowing it. There we were greeted by Marco Martinez owner and Roy Smith the service manager. They took over. we have never dealt with a more pleasent, friendly & more reliable dealer as with RVCR Of Ocala. They were great. Our rv was in one shop for 15 mo. of the last 18 . and 3 mo. that we used it. It had to go back before RVCR Of Ocala took over our problems that were never fixed. RVCR Of Ocala took over and within a very few weeks it was taken care of. What a great bunch of professional people, right from the staff to the mechanics. I would recommend this company to anyone needing service or repairs to their coach. You are treated like family and what could be better than that? I took my Allegro Bus to Optimum RV because my AC wasn't working. I dealt with Brady and David. They were very honest and upfront about the pricing and timeframe to fix. They had everything it needed in stock and I was happy with there prices. I would recommend them to anyone needing rv servicing.
