I have been using Automotive Systems for over 15 years. Over that time I have had Toyota's, Subaru's, and now a Ford and Chrysler. Any make or model--you can rely on Automotive Systems to do a Quality job at a Quality price. It is refreshing today to find a business that is HONEST and reliable. No games played here by inticing you to get extra service done when it is not really needed--just plain good old professional service. When you find a business like Automotive Systems you have found QUALITY. I moved to Loganville GA about 41/2 years ago. I still consider it a value to drive the 40 miles one way to have all of my services, from oil change to major repair done at Automotive Systems. All of the qualities you expect - a clean place of business, friendly people, and ALL very professional. 5 Stars is not enough to rate this business------I give them at least 7 stars.

I am so grateful that I found ROA Complete Car Care. Rudy has been great. He is upfront, honest, & trustworthy. They have worked on my Land Rover & Dodge Magnum since I found them in Oct 12. I recommend ROA for all your mechanic needs.

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!

EXCELLENT Shop in All regards, Courteous, Technically Excellent, Fast and Cost Competitive Service. We were in the ATL area visiting family and had a recurring electrical short draining battery that had been investigated in home state by 2 other 'good' shops without success. So I initially picked them from Web from previous good experiences with other Midas shops. However, these guys proved to be the BEST auto service Quality I've ever received. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Very friendly, professional service. The worked hard to give me service and did a fine job repairing my truck. I had problema with the electrical system on my truck and they could have easily been dishonest. They isolated the problem and after testing some parts and they only replaced that which was broken. They did it all at a fair price. They deserve your business!

The BEST repair shop I have ever taken my car to!!!!!! The repairs performed on my car were done in a very timely manner and at a cost that was far cheaper than the dealership. I took my car to other repair shops in the area before finding Rocco's. The feeling that I was not going to be ripped off at Rocco's was almost immediate upon walking in. Johnny, one of the owners, made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. He was very professional and came across as extremely honest and sincere. It was very clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about car repairs when he took his time explaining to me in detail the issues they had found in my car. An EXCELLENT family-run, neighborhood European Auto Repair shop that I would recommend over-and-over-and-over again to anyone looking for an HONEST place to take their car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is difficult to find people in the auto repair business that you can trust, Alan and the people at Accurate Care are those kind of people; worthy of your business and trust. We've (multiple family members) been taking our cars to Accurate for years - we're advised on the service we need - without fear of being over-serviced. We remain fans of Accurate Care Automotive and recommend them to others.

I bought a new set of tires. Fast service, and great price. Unfortunately one of the tires was defective. I went back to them the next day and they determined that it was defective, and told me that they would have a new tire for me the next day. I've now been back 4 times, and there still is no replacement tire. At this point I just think they're dishonest.

the short young long haired white guy outside is great, he was fast and did a professional job. I've been their afew times and he's always done a honest job on my familys vehicals, even when the dealer told me I needed something that I truly didn't.

They did my oil change which was fine, but when they did my alignment on my car , the steering was still off centered. When I complained about the problem, they made up some excuses and would not fix the problem. At least they should offered me a discount on the price, but they would not. I would NOT recommend them and they lost my busines
