I HAD ENGINE WORK DONE ON MY TRUCK MAY 28 2013 ABOUT 1 YEAR AND 5 MONTH AGO AND I PAY 3000.00 FOR REPAIR WORK. LAST YEAR IN OCTOBER 2014 I HAD TO HAVE THE SAME WORK DONE LAST YEAR IN OCTOBER ED TOLD ME I WOULD NOT HAVE NO MORE ISSUES.THIS IS A SHAME IM GOING TO SPEND 6000.00 DOLLARS THANK TO NOT BEING DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the employee that the car was having transmission issues and it would not change gears from 3rd to 4th gear .She said bring it in and a technician would hook it up to a computer to get a reading on it to see what the problem was. So when I picked the car up he did not get a reading from the computer because there was no check engine light on so he took it for a test drive. And said it was having transmission problems and he could replace it with a rebuild one for 7000.00 dollars the computer test was 157.00 that was not performed. So I'm not happy about that. She told me that he would have to put it on the machine to find out what was going on with it not a test drive.

The service was extremely fast, they kept my car clean even checked other things on my beautiful baby to make sure nothing was wrong.
