Do not ever use this place for your auto repairs if you want your vehicle to ever work again. They are not a reliable shop for vechicle repairs. My car ran just fine till I took it to them to have the cooling system checked out and they don't even know how to check out a cooling system, ran a diagnotics and comperssion test on my engine which I did not ask for nor did it need to be done to check the cooling system and killed my car, they ran it with out checking the coolent and overheated it till it quit running so that they could sell an engine. They will also lie to you about what was said in reference to your vehicle and what needs to be done. Not a reliable place to take your vehicle if you want the job done right and at a reasonable cost. They are not recomended by the automobile service association either.

During a huge storm the wipers on my BMW X5 stopped working an hour away from home. I saw the sign for Car Tech and pulled in. The owner and his assistant dropped what they were doing and came over to assist me. I thought I had blown a fuse but they quickly identified the problem as a blocked wiper linkage and took the cowling off and fixed it. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road. I have never had a BMW dealer show this amount of expertise or professionalism and although they are an hour away, I will return for work and service on both my BMWs. Amazing service and kindness

The diagnostic is definitely worth it. I nstead of throwing parts at the engine this tells you exactly what is wrong with what ever problem you are trying to handle. work also comes with a warranty and the staff is great !

This is a an amazing establishment!!! Everyone is extremely helpful and treat your car like there own. The service was extremely fast, they kept my car clean even checked other things on my beautiful baby to make sure nothing was wrong. He put the wrong catalytic converter on my vehicle and then even argued with the dealership that the it was an adequate part. He said there was a two year warranty on the converter but then claimed that the warranty was void after only a couple of months. The the local dealership tested the converter and told Harold that it was working but not perform adequately for the vehicle. Harold then told me that he would replace the converter with another one (which was to be the same as the one that was inadequate) "just to get me out of his hair and then he was done with it". When he was asked to refund some or all of the money he said "that's not gonna happen!".
