What a refreshing feeling to finally meet an honest, trustworthy and a very experienced Lexus master mechanic who's main objective is to offer second to none the highest quality auto service any driver can experience. In mind November 2018, after being pulled by a cop for a blown out headlight, mechanic Josh Dyer took me in as a walk the very next day diagnosed my car issue for free and replaced the correct headlight bulb saving me over $400 in charges I would have paid at other local foreign car master mechanics or even at the Lexus dealership down the street. Who does that these days. Both he and his office manager were sweet, polite and treated me as if I was their only customer yet he had 2 customers ahead of me. Not only did Josh save me $$$ and was 100% honest about what the root cause of my blinking headlamp, he also did a quick a tune up for this newly purchased used 2005 Lexus RX 330 and sent me on my way. Alan and the team at Top Notch took GREAT care of us, advocating on our behalf and helping me to understand how the process works and how insurance companies and body shops work with one another to resolve issues. Summary: Took a tiny chip, made it into a large crack in less than 2 mins. I had a very small chip in the windshield. He came out, stuck a suction cup on it, pumped it up, and made it into a crack 3 inches long. Claimed it had only happened to him 4 times in the past 12 years. I do not recommend his service, as he managed to make a usable windshield into one that cannot be used.

I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!

This is an excellent auto shop! I was most amazed at how knowledgeable and genuine the owner of the shop is. My driver side window wouldn’t close after I lowered it down on late Tuesday night. I contacted Wright’s Car Care the following morning and I drove to his shop. Ate breakfast and walked through some of the stores nearby (great marketplace nearby), and I couldn’t believe my car was finished! I had another auto shop that would have charged me 250 more and the service would have been subpar in comparison to Wright’s. If you’re trying to decide which auto shop to go to, Wright’s Car Care is my recommendation.
