What a refreshing feeling to finally meet an honest, trustworthy and a very experienced Lexus master mechanic who's main objective is to offer second to none the highest quality auto service any driver can experience. In mind November 2018, after being pulled by a cop for a blown out headlight, mechanic Josh Dyer took me in as a walk the very next day diagnosed my car issue for free and replaced the correct headlight bulb saving me over $400 in charges I would have paid at other local foreign car master mechanics or even at the Lexus dealership down the street. Who does that these days. Both he and his office manager were sweet, polite and treated me as if I was their only customer yet he had 2 customers ahead of me. Not only did Josh save me $$$ and was 100% honest about what the root cause of my blinking headlamp, he also did a quick a tune up for this newly purchased used 2005 Lexus RX 330 and sent me on my way. Scotts Auto Center damaged my transmission in my 2007 dodge ram doing a routine service flush I have had the transmission serviced every 35000 miles from a dodge dealer in Cumming and have never had an issue. I had my truck in at Scotts to have some other repairs done and they recommended doing the flush because the fluid looked a little dirty. they said they would have the truck ready the next afternoon. Dan called at 5:30 pm and said there was a problem with my truck after they did the flush the truck would not move .and that they would have to do a complete rebuild of my transmission at no charge to me. I explained I have a HVAC company to run and a lot of customers to service over the next few days I told Dan I would need a rental so I could continue to run my HVAC company. long story short I spent 3 hours on sat driving 40 miles round trip and unloading my tools and parts and reloading into this rental van. as a result of Scotts damaging my truck I had to pay over time all weekend to my employees to get our customers taken care of. and when it came time to pick up my truck and pay the bill Scotts billed me for the transmission flush. I refused to pay for that part of the repairs and asked to speak to the owner Scott was very un professional about the whole deal. he told me I should be happy they paid for my transmission. I said the same one you messed up ? I went on to explain to him how much money this has cost me and how much of an inconvenience this has been. I was told if I didn't pay for the flush I wasn't getting my truck back. and then the owner Scott himself hung up on me . what kind of a way is that to treat a customer I was more than happy to pay for the other repairs they did. and our family has been customers of Scotts Auto for over 10 years. and Bob that is in charge of the front desk tried to justify it to me as well that they should be paid for the transmission fluid. its funny the transmission fluid costs the same as a transmission flush . brought my 92 e30 in it on oct 2018 and they did absolutely no work..quoted me 5000 with 1200 deposit in jan 2019. The quote had things that have already been replaced like ac compressor and and a headgasket that has no miles on it because i changed it my self before i brought it in .. I trimmed the quote down to 1400 and the deposit was 500 i thought that is pretty high...but i paid it..against my better judgement because i could feel the racist mentality when i came into the shop to talk about the repairs to my car in nov 2018 .i believe since they couldn't prey on an uninformed black car owner they chose to let my car sit for 2 months and when i called for an update on feb 13, 2019, they informed me that its best to come get my car and that they haven't done any work

I would like to thank David Jacov and his staff for always helping me out! I have found a diamond in the rough for a business being honest, ethical, and always doing a great job. David and Team have always helped me out when I show up first thing in the morning. I have a 2008 GL550 which is in very good shape but seems to need some "TLC" every now and then. I would recommend MB Techs over any other place I have gone for service in the entire Atlanta area. Well my battery went out so 1st I have to get an special battery for it 2nd I have to recoded the car Dealership doesn't even know what kind of battery do I need so. I worked close to Wendt motors always seen the place but never stopped to check out so I went there Mr Pete very kindly helped me and he told me what are the things that I have to do it need to get done to the car, he recoded the battery so now no lights on??? He also contacted warranty cuz I needed turbos replaced so didn't work cuz supposedly,my warranty doesn't cover all that but still my bimmer runs like new so I ll save up $$$ to replace them at Wendt motors very professional & specialist on bmw so that's my place
