This is my second time visiting Heritage VW for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Had to come in after the dreaded check engine light popped up on the dashboard though...ugh!! The staff here at Heritage is very professional and their work is very quick. I've enjoyed my experience with this dealership so far and will continue returning to this shop for all future issues.

My husband and I had a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. We were in the market for a new car when we found the perfect G37. It was late, and we were all so tired, but Aaron Middleton proved to be the best salesman. He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo! We started looking at the newer models but this was a chance for us to save some money and really asses the Infiniti experience. We are still in awe with their CPO program!!!! I hope that we continue to see the same professionalism after the sale. My husband and I value quality service and reliability in a vehicle, and it seems we found the perfect place and the perfect car!! Thanks again Aaron!!

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!

Very friendly, professional service. The worked hard to give me service and did a fine job repairing my truck. I had problema with the electrical system on my truck and they could have easily been dishonest. They isolated the problem and after testing some parts and they only replaced that which was broken. They did it all at a fair price. They deserve your business!

I had my transmission fluid and engine oil changed at this shop. Very nice staff! Mike is very courteous and got my truck completed while I waited! The mechanics are also very nice and they treated me and my truck with RESPECT! No grease on my truck anywhere. AND they got the oil sticker reminder in the windshield - unlike some places... Anyway, THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE MIKE!!!

It is difficult to find people in the auto repair business that you can trust, Alan and the people at Accurate Care are those kind of people; worthy of your business and trust. We've (multiple family members) been taking our cars to Accurate for years - we're advised on the service we need - without fear of being over-serviced. The BEST repair shop I have ever taken my car to!!!!!! The repairs performed on my car were done in a very timely manner and at a cost that was far cheaper than the dealership. I took my car to other repair shops in the area before finding Rocco's. The feeling that I was not going to be ripped off at Rocco's was almost immediate upon walking in. Johnny, one of the owners, made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. He was very professional and came across as extremely honest and sincere. It was very clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about car repairs when he took his time explaining to me in detail the issues they had found in my car. An EXCELLENT family-run, neighborhood European Auto Repair shop that I would recommend over-and-over-and-over again to anyone looking for an HONEST place to take their car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EXCELLENT Shop in All regards, Courteous, Technically Excellent, Fast and Cost Competitive Service. We were in the ATL area visiting family and had a recurring electrical short draining battery that had been investigated in home state by 2 other 'good' shops without success. So I initially picked them from Web from previous good experiences with other Midas shops. However, these guys proved to be the BEST auto service Quality I've ever received. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! DD fr TX (Surprised there were NO previous ratings)

the short young long haired white guy outside is great, he was fast and did a professional job. I've been their afew times and he's always done a honest job on my familys vehicals, even when the dealer told me I needed something that I truly didn't.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! My wife took her car to this shop to get the valve stem replaced on the front passenger side tire. The metal cover was cracked. This was purely cosmetic. I will make a long story short by summing it all up. The next day my wife gets into the car and while driving the new valve leaks resulting in a flat tire. We return the car to them. They fix the leaky valve but what was once a perfectly good tire is now our responsibility to get fixed. We just paid these guys 98.00 for a flat!!! Would have been cheaper to stab the tire ourselves. Now we are out of an additional 200- 300 for a new tire. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!
