Though I have used this facility for years, and never found them to be overly friendly, they got the job done. It was painless and quick. Until today... Whomever was manning the shop on the afternoon of 1/21/13 was extremely rude. We will no longer use this facility. We own 6 vehicles.

Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. Ausom job! I have a few friends and family that are in the trade, unfortunately we not where they could do the work. So I had it done here. I was impressed and so has my friend a family in the trade on the work that was done. Very professional. The manger and Tech. found a fixed things not in the quote! Will use them in the future, they are my new place.
