I've had several services done at this location and I must say Bob provides exceptional service and he's extremely knowledgable. It's a rarity to find honest people in the automotive repair industry but that's exactly what I found at the pep boys in Douglasville. They didn't change the oil or filter and left my oil drain plug loose and was very unprofessional when I confronted the owner so I paid $26.95 for nothing so do not go to this business if you value your vehicles or $$$
