My husband and I had a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. We were in the market for a new car when we found the perfect G37. It was late, and we were all so tired, but Aaron Middleton proved to be the best salesman. He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo! We started looking at the newer models but this was a chance for us to save some money and really asses the Infiniti experience. We are still in awe with their CPO program!!!! I hope that we continue to see the same professionalism after the sale. My husband and I value quality service and reliability in a vehicle, and it seems we found the perfect place and the perfect car!! Thanks again Aaron!!

This is my second time visiting Heritage VW for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Had to come in after the dreaded check engine light popped up on the dashboard though...ugh!! The staff here at Heritage is very professional and their work is very quick. I've enjoyed my experience with this dealership so far and will continue returning to this shop for all future issues.

Took my car 2000 Chrysler Sebring in for running hot, replaced the timing belt, water pump, and "other stuff" that needed replaced. I paid between 600.00-800.00 cash. Less than two months later my car starts running hot again, took it back in to have it looked at because it was doing the very same thing it was when it was taken in the first time. They could not see it then because they didnt have time, drove it home, and took it back today, two days later. I was told the raditor was busted and there was a rod knocking in the motor now, it wasnt knocking two months ago when I gave them all the money I had to fix all the "other things" wrong with it. They totally stated that it was my sons fault because he drove the car, he didnt know it was hot until he drove it and then it started running hot!. They also told us that there were motor mounts that needed replaced when they fixed the other stuff; but I was never led to believe that it was critical that it be fixed right or that it would completely make my car worthless in less than two months, what person would have put that kind of money in a car and not fix something that would tear it up in a few weeks, that doesnt make sence. Money is hard to come by and my husband was in ICU just having had a liver transplant two days before they "fixed" my car. I fell like I was taken for my money, they dont see it that way and that is OK. But I do. If I had been told that motor mounts would have busted the radiator or that '3 of 4' were broken I would have fixed them. How much more could they have been?? They called me to fix something else on it. I obviously signed the receipt stating that motor mounts were broken when I picked up the car, but I remember asking would it cause the motor to fall out and the mechanic said no there was time to fix it, and I sure didnt know it would blow up the motor, he didnt tell me that. This is an excellent auto shop! I was most amazed at how knowledgeable and genuine the owner of the shop is. My driver side window wouldn’t close after I lowered it down on late Tuesday night. I contacted Wright’s Car Care the following morning and I drove to his shop. Ate breakfast and walked through some of the stores nearby (great marketplace nearby), and I couldn’t believe my car was finished! I had another auto shop that would have charged me 250 more and the service would have been subpar in comparison to Wright’s. If you’re trying to decide which auto shop to go to, Wright’s Car Care is my recommendation.

Excellent automotive shop. I work on my own vehicles and don't like mechanic shops. But when I have to use a mechanic I love Apollon. They are always honest and very fair. I saw the sign for a free brake inspection so I stopped in (they've been squeaking). The manager - Gerry, took the time to explain to me the differences for the various pads. He also showed me the pads that were on my car and the uneven wear indicating rotors. I decided to take care of everything - rotors and pads. So grateful to have a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you!!!

I used to drive 30 minutes to Marietta just to go to true automotive. Now that they opened up practically down the road I could not be happier. Isaac the manager has definitely carried over the top quality customer service and technicians. As always my car is feeling great. The honesty you get from these people when it comes to pricing and the work being done is amazing. I was told by Isaac the my suspension is starting to get to its age of replacement which is true, he’s on the money. I had two shops try and tell me that with half the mileage I have on the car now. You can’t get honesty like that in many places anymore. Good to have a shop in town that looks out for the customer!!!

TRUE Automotive, is as always the best repair facility in the Atlanta area. Issac, and his staff in the Sandy Springs location, are always very friendly and knowledgeable.

I read the tribe ratings after hearing several advertisements on KPOJ, and decided that I would go to Vincent, for an inspection and an oil change. What I left the shop with was much more — a spooky encounter with a service manager, who recommended that I not go on long trips, unless I pay more than $2500 for additional repairs, and an $800 whole in my wallet. I was seduced by Vincent website and progressive radio message. When I arrived I was awestruck by all the technical certifications and employee photos on the wall. The place looked humble, and the people were very friendly at 7 am. I dropped the car off and took the shuttle back to work, without incident. A few hours later I get a message to call them, the inspection had been completed. Turns out that my suspension is totally shit struck, I had a bald tire, and I needed a break job, because a caliper is broken and dragging. Now I’m no mechanic, heck, I couldn’t pick a break caliper out of a lineup, but that sounded pretty serious, so I had them fix it. I was then told they had the parts in stock and I could get it done by the end of the day, they would call me. At this time I was also “sold up” on additional services like a break system flush, a cleaning and adjustment on the rear brakes, and a transmission fluid change. My $99.50 inspection and $37.22 oil change had skyrocketed up to $800! They called me two hours before closing, and then told me that something wasn’t fitting right and that they would have to keep the car over night. I was upset, but what could I do? I got dropped off by my girlfriend, to pick up the car, and told her I that I would pay and be meet her at a local pub in a couple of minutes. It seems that I underestimated their respect for a customer’s time when I told my girlfriend to go on ahead of me and order me a beer, because I, with credit card in hand, could not simply pay and leave without a lecture in vehicle safety, and a hard sell on the urgency of restoring my entire suspension system to original factory specs (I have a lowered ride), FOR OVER $2000!
