The technicians at Athens are very knowledgeable and informative, I have been going there for the past 4 years and have taken all of my vehicles to Nick and his team. Though I have used this facility for years, and never found them to be overly friendly, they got the job done. It was painless and quick. Until today... Whomever was manning the shop on the afternoon of 1/21/13 was extremely rude. We will no longer use this facility. We own 6 vehicles.

I was very pleased when I was told that the expensive brake repair was not a safety issue. There has been a rattling sound when I brake, but it does not bother me if it is not a safety issue. I appreciated the honesty. -Farris Goodrum
