Car detailing service near Sandy Plains, GA

Today I had the worst experience of my life at mountain express car wash on memorial . The a attendant/ owner was extremely rude. I will never go to that car wash again!!!!!!

On today 01-05-2016 at approximately 3:30pm- 4:00pm, I went to the Ultra Klean Hand Car Wash to get my car clean as I have done for the last 10 years, I don't know when it change its management; however, my complaint is surrounding the unprofessional behavior of one young man. While I can say that my experience with this car wash has been favorable, on this day it was not. After paying and tipping my cleaner, I proceeded to get into my car, only to find out that the cup holder was still as filthy as when I came in, I informed the cleaner of its uncleanliness and the younger man, who was new, said no problem Miss, I'll clean it now (Very Respectful); However, when I went to place my laundry bag back into my hatch back trunk, I noticed that they had failed to vaccum the back of my hatch back, thus the pine needles from my Christmas tree was still in affixed to the hatch back floor and back seats cover. This oversight was quite disturbing to me because I constantly find myself having to repetitiously ask the cleaners to go back and clean general areas of the car that as professional cleaners they should know should be clean before turning the car back over to the customer. When I expressed my concern and frustration to the young man, who stated, "Listen Lady, if you don't tell us to clean the trunk area, we don't go in and clean people trunks, but if they ask us nicely to clean their trunk, we do it. But you have to ask us." I advised him that I said when I pulled up for service, I said to him that I would like to have my car clean both in and out, and the back as well. He said okay, but failed to do it.

Alan and the team at Top Notch took GREAT care of us, advocating on our behalf and helping me to understand how the process works and how insurance companies and body shops work with one another to resolve issues. Although we ended up having to total the car, so I didn't get to see their bodywork, I am confident that their customer advocacy and attention to detail would carry through into an outstanding repair. If we ever do need a body shop again, Top Notch will be my first and only choice. Brad Newell

Steve and his wife detailed my car. They worked for 4.5 hours. They did an amazing job. My car looks amazing. The convience can not be beat and the price is more than fair. I can not recommend this business enough. I am hopeful they will be wildly successful because they provided a service at a price than can not be questioned in my mind.
