Alan and the team at Top Notch took GREAT care of us, advocating on our behalf and helping me to understand how the process works and how insurance companies and body shops work with one another to resolve issues. Although we ended up having to total the car, so I didn't get to see their bodywork, I am confident that their customer advocacy and attention to detail would carry through into an outstanding repair. Very low rating should have said enough. Second time here with a top tier membership and I now have a Broken Shark fin antenna cap on a my 5 month old 2017 vehicle. Found with a huge dint on it, soapy on the ground of the machine wash tunnel. You can see where the bolts had been ripped off. They are denying any liability and the possibility of it being the fault of one of their machines... they say it was likely broken before entering their wash. The cap won't even stay on the vehicle with out falling off so it's impossible it was broken prior to service. They are offering NO sort of compensation. I am very dissatisfied with their customer support. I will also say the quality of the interior detailing is mediocre at best. Dust and other debris still found on the dash and surfaces of the vehicles interior.

My husband and I had a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. We were in the market for a new car when we found the perfect G37. It was late, and we were all so tired, but Aaron Middleton proved to be the best salesman. He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo! We started looking at the newer models but this was a chance for us to save some money and really asses the Infiniti experience. We are still in awe with their CPO program!!!! I hope that we continue to see the same professionalism after the sale. This is my second time visiting Heritage VW for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Had to come in after the dreaded check engine light popped up on the dashboard though...ugh!! The staff here at Heritage is very professional and their work is very quick. I've enjoyed my experience with this dealership so far and will continue returning to this shop for all future issues.

Been going to Heritage Volkswagen for 5 years and I still carry my Passat there because of the competent technicians and the awesome customer service. Never had any problems of any kind at this dealership. Highly recommended.

DO NOT buy gas here. My truck has a 26 gallon tank, and these thieves charged me $141 to fill it. As $4.369, that works out to 32.27 gallons in a 26 gallon tank. I have reported them to the state department of agriculture weights & measures division, and will NEVER be spending money here again.
