The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it took to receive the oil filter for the car. It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.

Well my battery went out so 1st I have to get an special battery for it 2nd I have to recoded the car Dealership doesn't even know what kind of battery do I need so. I worked close to Wendt motors always seen the place but never stopped to check out so I went there Mr Pete very kindly helped me and he told me what are the things that I have to do it need to get done to the car, he recoded the battery so now no lights on??? He also contacted warranty cuz I needed turbos replaced so didn't work cuz supposedly,my warranty doesn't cover all that but still my bimmer runs like new so I ll save up $$$ to replace them at Wendt motors very professional & specialist on bmw so that's my place

Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop.
