Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. This is my second time visiting Heritage VW for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Had to come in after the dreaded check engine light popped up on the dashboard though...ugh!! The staff here at Heritage is very professional and their work is very quick. I've enjoyed my experience with this dealership so far and will continue returning to this shop for all future issues.

Ausom job! I have a few friends and family that are in the trade, unfortunately we not where they could do the work. So I had it done here. I was impressed and so has my friend a family in the trade on the work that was done. Very professional. The manger and Tech. found a fixed things not in the quote! Will use them in the future, they are my new place.

They didn't change the oil or filter and left my oil drain plug loose and was very unprofessional when I confronted the owner so I paid $26.95 for nothing so do not go to this business if you value your vehicles or $$$
