Our son was driving from St Paul to his college in Dallas when he started having car trouble on our Volvo S80. Thankfully, he made it to a hotel in a suburb of Des Moines, IA and started searching for a repair shop with the hope that the car could be fixed the next day. Tuffy in Ankeny was able to fit him in for an appointment, did a very thorough review of the problem, did a lot of troubleshooting and even connected with our mechanic in St Paul to review the recent history of the car. My son said that all the employees in the shop made "a college age kid as comfortable as possible" during his first experience with car trouble on a cross country trip. After several hours in the shop, they fixed the car and my son was on the road again. He finished his 14 hour trip with no other issues. Thanks so much Tuffy! We will be forever thankful.
