I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I had the transmission go out on my ford five hundred. Ford quoted me over $9000 for a new CVT transmission. I searched around for several weeks and decided to use Dugan's Transmission after getting their name from Certified Transmission. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and quality workmanship. As a female in Chicago without my husband I didn't feel that they tried to one over me by any means. They were honest about all the processes and very understanding about the need to save as much money as possible. Jim Dugan was very straightforward about everything as well as being very knowledgeable about my specific CVT transmission. Overall I felt the service I received here was above par and highly recommend anyone who needs car work done to have it done here.
