I have high expectations for anyone who works on my vehicles and Rennology was up to the task. They are very professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

Alternator took a dump, found this mechanic shop in Plainfield, IL, near me, towed it in and bam got lucky left 3 hours later. This Plainfield auto repair shop is on top of their game. Thanks for getting me in and back on the road so quick and cost effectively.

I took my car in not knowing what to expect after my daughter had hit a curb hard and also noticing weird noises coming from my fairly newly bought used car. 59 Auto took it right in and fixed it very quickly and it didn't cost nearly as much as I had feared. I was very pleasantly surprised.

We always use high quality parts in our repairs; through the years we’ve been in business we’ve found that it just doesn’t pay to use lower quality parts unless it’s a customer request to keep costs down. We did have a period where we were having employee quality issues, but have since resolved those. It’s very unfortunate that it impacted some of our customers as we worked through it. Always professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly they take extra care to make sure the parts being replaced really NEED to be replaced! You never have to worry about them taking advantage of you wife, daughter, sister or friend; you can rely on their honesty and integrity; you will never be overcharged or have any unnecessary work done simply because they think ‘she’ does not know any better. These guys will take you back and show you what needs to be repaired/replaced and even dumb it down if need be. You are always given the option to buy your own parts elsewhere; new or used... or if it’s more convenient then you can trust them to get it for you... Your choice. Lastly, their customer service is A+! It’s all about even the smallest of details like the warm & welcoming family-like atmosphere and caring owners/staff that are willing to go that extra mile... I was once in a pinch and these guys picked me up and dropped me off which helped make a bad situation (a broken vehicle) a bit more bearable. Called to get the engine seals replaced, he said they do that repair but it was miss diagnosed and hade me spend over $600.00 with no result complete rip off, put a faulty part on my car which I needed replace again within a year, did not acknowledge. I would not recommend this shop for any work on the car

I am a 65 year old Grandmother from North Carolina who was traveling with her daughter-in-law to Joliet, Ill. for a wedding on Sept. 6, 2014. A "Low tire pressure" signal showed on her Chevy HHR on the way to the wedding and we were directed to NTB by her uncle - who owns a tire business in Middletown, Ohio. I was advised by the tech that if the tire could be repaired, it would be about $25.00. I waited only a very short time for the evaluation and repair before I was ready to return the wedding festivities. Everyone was so nice and they sent me on my way without charging me anything (Out-of-State courtesy!) Best customer service anyone could ask for...they now have a customer for life. I have a 1992 Mercedes Benz 400E. It had been sitting a long time and was misfiring bad and the blower motor was not coming on. I already knew what was wrong when I took it to them but wanted to see what they would tell me. Talk about honest.......You will not find a more honest, reasonable, and reliable auto repair shop anywhere. They diagnosed and fixed the problems I had and the car has never run better. I highly recommend this place. Great Job guys!!

Ongoing problem for 9 years. Dealer repaired emissions error and check engine light returned in two weeks with same problem. AACCEL repaired the emissions, and now I can fuel the car in less than 15 minutes and pass the Will County emissions testing.

Took my car in to get an oil change. Just before that I had my car washed (insisde and out). After the oil change I get into my car and there is grease all over my chair, steering wheel, door, and floorboard. If this is how they treat your car, I can't imagine how shoddy their internal work is.

Meineke in Joliet is horrible now! The new "manager/owners" have taken over. The good mechanic is gone. I have been a long standing Meineke customer and when I called today to ask for my mechanic Mark, I was told he "Is no longer working here" (very rudely)! So I asked to speak to Vern and I was told he was busy and to call him later, also very rudely!!! I will find someone else to fix my cars from now on!
