Don't go here. When I came to pick up at my car, the guy said he'd be ... read more Don't go here. When I came to pick up at my car, the guy said he'd be with me in just a moment. I waited for about 5-10 min and no one helped me. They even went out to the garage and I could see through their windows they were looking at their phones and just small talking with people. Finally I asked if I could pay for my car. After I paid they said my car was out front, I told them I didn't see it there and they said oh it must be in back. They came with me to look for it in back and it wasn't there. So we went back to the front- not there. Finally they asked where it was parked and they guy showed us it was in a weird spot. When I got home I realized my passenger car front fender had a dent slightly larger than palm size! I called right away and they asked me to bring it in the morning to meet with the store manager. The store manager took pictures and said it would not be something they did but he would look at the cameras. He said if it happened in the parking lot here would be nothing they could do. All of this makes me question their integrity and quality of work because if this is how they address problems it's sub-par at best. I also wonder if the weird park placement had to do with the dent as well. Accidents happen- but people and companies are defined by the way they handle accidents.
I took my vehicle in to Tuffy for an oil change and some issues I was ... read more I took my vehicle in to Tuffy for an oil change and some issues I was having with my suspension. After they had worked on it I began driving the vehicle normally again. I then began to hear an engine noise. I took it back to Tuffy they said I needed an engine replacement. I didn't believe what they said and took it to a Toyota dealership to have them look at the problem. I was told that the last place that changed my oil failed to refill my oil properly which led to me needing an engine replacement. We went back to the owner of Tuffy to get compensation and were laughed at and told to prove it was them who caused the damage. We have all the records and documentation proving this and were told good luck by the owner. I have contacted corporate Tuffy and I have not been treated as a priority.
