Dont trust these guys. They told me they were putting original manufactured parts but my new mechanic shows me they were aftermarket. I have my receipt and it says OEM. What a lie. Forget this shop!!!

Hayes has been around since the 80's my parents took their cars to them and now I do. They are straight forward and fair. I am never worried about what is being repaired as they keep me well informed and aware what is needed and when.

I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I give 5***** Less than 10 degrees this morning. My car started "immediately." The radio works; I hear the turn signal as it flashes. The tail light work perfectly...My Car is repaired PERFECTLY and the key, glue hardened and it works perfectly; I am a satisfied customer.It was minus 2 degrees overnight. I had my car towed and alternator done in February. Fast, efficient, great service. They told me about my bearing (which I already knew), but also said I didn't have to get it done right away. I could drive on it a few more months. And I did. Just went back in May 15th 2012 for my muffler. It had rusted and the pipe split in half. They fixed it, my bearing, and an oil change for $220. The bearing alone, I had been quoted $250 every place I had called. Took 3 hours. They started work on my car right away and a great warranty. I love this shop.

I have taken at least three vehicles to these guys over the last four or five years and have had major spring and shock work done to the cost of something like two thousand dollars. These were older vehicles and needed a lot of work. The work was solid and the price was usually the best offer around. This place is old school and has been around for decades. When I want to cut the BS and get the job done I just remember these guys. They always take me to the vehicle once its up in the air and show me exactly what needs to be done before they start. The price always seems right once I see the amount of work they have to do.

I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for the professional and prompt service.

When someone ran into the back of my Chevy Traiblazer, I was shocked to learn that I would be responsible for my $500.00 deductible. Times are tough and if it was not for The LINCOLN BOBYSHOP AUTO REPAIR paying my deductible, I would not have been able to have my Trailblazer repaired. You even cleaned the interior of my truck, it was a pleasant surprise.

I went to a few mechanics that claimed that my car had a lot of stuff that needed fixing. I went to Araiza and he told me it was only one sensor that needed to be replaced to pass the emissions. Great man. I recommend. Thanks to him, he saved me a lot of money and time. I haven’t had an issue with my car since.

WORST DEALER EVER. BOUNCH OF LIERS. I bough a truck here, I was promise all mechanical issues will be fixed. never did anything. the "general manager"? is a joke. The "owner"? he will come to you and assure everything will be fine just to gain your trust, and once you sign you are F#$%. I'd spent around 3000 fixing what their "mechanic" could not fix. By the way, the comment above from "sofia" I'm glad they fix you engine light, probably they disconnected. I saw this guy working, regular people. They have the knowledge needed to change a tire. I witnesses many people complaining about the poor mechanical condition of the car they bought, the sales guys specially the "general manger in sales" just ignore them. I wish I could sue this liars, but I spent my money fixing my truck.

Great mechanics showed me all my before and after stuff, showed me my new parts and showed me pictures of when the intake was removed, very very clean mechanics as far as work ethics . Would not go anywhere else. Thanks you guys for being a blessing to me

I came in to get my tires rotated, I had a 2pm appointment and did not leave until 4pm! The lady told me it only takes 20 minutes. She came back saying that my radiator was pushing up against my transmission, which is physically impossible, my tires had a crack in them and tried to charge $500 for new tires plus $10 for an inspection. My check engine light was on and I took it to my mechanic and it turned out that they had actually loosened my mass airflow sensor! You can visually see that the screw was loose and unclipped. My mechanic adjusted it and my check engine light went off. And it turned out my tires were fine it had a nail in ONE of them and just had to be SEALED which took two seconds and cost me $10 at another tire shop! I don’t even need new tires! Don’t let these ppl rip you off! They had ONE job and tried to sabotage my car to make a profit!
