I arrived with no appointment and with two toddlers tagging along. Employees were very courteous and helpful. From my experience, they seemed honest and didn't try to push me to add services. I ordered a center cap for my rim on my Jeep was told it was out of stock but they could get it in two or three weeks after waiting three weeks called back to see if it arrived I was told then it would take Three months. I found the part and called back to have them cancel the order and refund my money, they told me NO REFUNDS you could have a in store credit so what their telling you by that is to come in and spend even more money with them whether you needed or not because there is nothing in their store that costs 65 dollars this is a way to spend more money with them instead of doing the right thing and refund your money. If you are thinking about getting work done by these guys you better think again any Company that does Business like this you don't want to bring your car too if I were you I'd go somewhere else where they won't cheat you.
We were on our way to Chicago earlier this week when we got stuck in a... read more We were on our way to Chicago earlier this week when we got stuck in a traffic jam. A woman working at a local restaurant noticed that our car was leaking oil. KAR service was close to the train station, so we brought it in and explained our situation. We were able to leave our vehicle with KAR; walk to the train station and go have our mini-vacation while KAR fixed our car up. The man we spoke with was polite and worked with our situation. When we got back from Chicago we simply walked back to KAR and picked up our vehicle. Great customer service that helped make the best of a bad situation.
