We always use high quality parts in our repairs; through the years we’ve been in business we’ve found that it just doesn’t pay to use lower quality parts unless it’s a customer request to keep costs down. We did have a period where we were having employee quality issues, but have since resolved those. It’s very unfortunate that it impacted some of our customers as we worked through it. The staff at Awesome are a very friendly, fair and honest group. They took great care in finding all of the potential leaks and changed the timing belt for an excellent price that wasn't as bad as I had thought.
