There are 5 bays that detail professionals are working in. I had my 2002 mini van that was neglected for a while and was shocked at the results. The exterior paint shined like the day I bought it and the inside was spotless. I was so impressed at the service I received I booked another appointment for my car and have been telling everyone I know about the wonderful work the Detail Kings performs.
When entering carwash one of the workers banged on the side of my bran... read more When entering carwash one of the workers banged on the side of my brand new 2010 Chrysler van and scratched it. When I brought it to the managers attention he tried to say that it was an old scratch. However, when I convinced him that I know what scratches were on my van he agreed to try to buff it out. Fast forward to 12/1/2012 just 2wks later he doesn't want to do anything. Not buff van or wash it before buffing, nothing. So BEWARE! If you take your car to what is called now: THE MAGIC OF DETAILING, you are going to have problems. The managers name is Rafael. Very arrogant person.
You turned out the lights and closed the pump on me as I was finishing... read more You turned out the lights and closed the pump on me as I was finishing up at 11:15pm. My receipt didn't print. I had no idea you weren't a 24 hour facility. There are no signs to indicate this. Your night manager should've either waited until I pulled away or put up cones to indicate that the pumps were closed. This was extremely rude of him and scary for me, as I was not yet back inside my car. Think through your closing procedures. Your last customer of the day is just as important as your first customer.
