I was having a intermitant brake problem 2 other shops where not able to figure out. The guys at rk auto got it figured out on my first visit. It ended up not even being my brakes, but instead a faulty axle causing my antilock brakes to come on at slow speeds sometimes. Very happy with repair & price.

I stopped going there because the staff was not very customer friendly, especially the older women service helpper, she was very snippy and if you questioned anything in charges she would get very rude. I recently was in a bind for oil change and was pleased to see a new manager. He was very nice knew what he was talking about and showed me all of the reasons why I needed the items replaced on my car. I will most deffinatly be going back to the quick lube there! We have been going to Kurt's for service for years. It is wonderful to have a shop that you can rely on. Recently our daughters car broke down at college in Dubuque, IA. We found a shop there that worked on her car and it turned out that a part that Kurt's had replaced in that vehicle for us last year had failed. I called Ray and he contacted the mechanic in Dubuque directly for us and made arrangements for a replacement part to be sent there... saving us $400 in replacing that part. As always, above and beyond! They are truly a blessing in our lives! The best!
