Was in a major accident, had to have the right side of my truck as well as the bed replaced and painted. Looks awesome and drives great. The worked with the insurance company and got me back on the road.

This is by far the worst company I have ever come across. They are incompetent, ignorant, thieves. They now have $1400 dollars of ours and our truck is still not fixed. They gave it back to me three times, each time never fixing the problem. On the fourth try they actually thought they were going to get some more money out of me. After paying $1400 for them to tear apart a trans case that wasn't necessary they expected me to pay for the correct part. The total cost to repair my truck in reality should have been well under $300 including parts. They took $1400 and had my car for three weeks, only to have nothing repaired at all. I honestly don't know how people like this sleep at night. I would be more than happy to get in on a class action law suit with anyone who is interested. This guy needs to be stopped. If you have had a successful claim with the BBB please let me know. That will be my next step. Pass the word on before they rob one of your friends or family members. Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I'd recommend these folks to anyone who owns a foreign vehicle which is no longer covered by warranty. Forget the HIGH cost of dealerships, and come to Mobile Auto Tech.
