I was having a intermitant brake problem 2 other shops where not able to figure out. The guys at rk auto got it figured out on my first visit. It ended up not even being my brakes, but instead a faulty axle causing my antilock brakes to come on at slow speeds sometimes. Very happy with repair & price.

This place is my heaven on earth. If i could give more stars i would. Weve had them work on our 2009 yukon denali, our 2012 chrystler 300, and our 1999 mitsubishi eclipse. The last job i brought them was a 1987 Chevrolet C20 pickup. The transmission needed a rebuild. They did it in under a week, and they even beefed it up for just 100 more bucks! It was smooth, down shifts were incredible, the whole shabang. Everytime i hear someones having a problem with a car we dont know how to fix, this facility is my first recomendation. These people are so great, ive called asking their opinions on a noise and instead of giving me the same old same old ever shop does, "well.... youll have to bring it in and well charge to look at it" theyve helped me over the phone asking to describe it. Ive even had the receptionist pull a guy from the garage for his opinion! The only bad thing i have to say is, ive called numerous times to set up an appointment and tbe problem gets fixed by itself or i fix it, then forget to call and say its a no go on the appointment, or i do call and i emd up canceling. I feel so bad every time i do it because they are really good people! Thats my fault not theirs though. I have a 1973 corvette that was recently involved in a rear end hit, as soon as the body shop finishes with the back, everything i need done to it will be going to Natiomal Pride. My Escalade had failed the state emmission test . I had taken it to 2 local facilities and they told me I needed to replace all 4 of my air sensors . I took it to Red's and they found I had a bad wire at the connector for the brain box . They repaired it for 300.00 when everyone else quoted me 600.00 . The vehicle passed with flying colors . Awesome work and very knowledgeable staff . I have recommended all my friends to go there and no one has been disappointed .
