Picked up a coupon from Groupon that included free oil changes. I went in expecting to be met with a cold shoulder and a hurry-up-and-get-this-guy-out-of-here feeling. I was wrong. I came in and was greeted right away by the owner himself. While I was waiting on my car to receive an oil change the owner sat with my girlfriend and I for a good 15 minutes talking to us and making sure everything was going well while explaining his business and passion for good service. The oil change was done in a timely manner and everything went smoothly. There was not even a hint of upselling and I never felt uncomfortable while there. I live in Schaumburg and this is a little bit of a drive just for an oil change but now that I have been there once I don't think I will go anywhere else for future service of my vehicle. The entire management and floor team there were very professional and friendly. It is also located in an easily accessible location and well-kept neighborhood. I am going back this Saturday for another oil change and I look forward to speaking with the owner again to let him know what I think of his business. As a new resident to Illinois I am happy to know I have found a trustworthy auto business.

Recently had my driver window busted out from a thief. I called them and got a great instant quote within seconds and told me they had the glass in stock and told me they could get someone to me right away. during the last 2 weeks this shop has had my daughters car in for repairs from an accident. they assured my daughter that her car was repaired and ready to pick up. she picked up her car and on the first evening she had it back, she was driving in downtown chicago and it felt like the steering wheel was going to come off every time she went over a bump. she took it back to them and they said they inspected it and found nothing wrong. one of the guys even told her to get a second opinion if she didnt believe them! so..she went to get a second opinion and within 15 minutes of the car being at the second shop they found the right control arm damaged (she was hit in the right front wheel) and it caused things to shift and also cause problems with the left control arm and the wheel is actually loose on the vehicle! she went back to them today and the guy at the shop told her that they would have to contact the insurance co. to get her into another rental car and that for now she would have to pay for it! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I have worked in the auto repair business for over 12 years. this vehicle is unsafe to drive but these folks here apparently dont care! they should be covering the cost of the rental for now...they released the car that way...i am soooo incensed! heaven help them if something happens to my daughter! I am now in the process of contacting an attorney because they dont want to seem to do anything to help....and it's thier fault! they obviously didnt completly inspect this vehicle before releasing it. when your told that it happens while driving over bumps...dont take it for a test drive at 15 mph on a newly paved road! DUH! Let's see if the manager returns my call tomorrow. somehow i doubt it.
