My Escalade had failed the state emmission test . I had taken it to 2 local facilities and they told me I needed to replace all 4 of my air sensors . I took it to Red's and they found I had a bad wire at the connector for the brain box . They repaired it for 300.00 when everyone else quoted me 600.00 . The vehicle passed with flying colors . Awesome work and very knowledgeable staff . I have recommended all my friends to go there and no one has been disappointed . I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I had my car towed and alternator done in February. Fast, efficient, great service. They told me about my bearing (which I already knew), but also said I didn't have to get it done right away. I could drive on it a few more months. And I did. Just went back in May 15th 2012 for my muffler. It had rusted and the pipe split in half. They fixed it, my bearing, and an oil change for $220. The bearing alone, I had been quoted $250 every place I had called. Took 3 hours. They started work on my car right away and a great warranty. I love this shop.
