I highly recommend Steve and crew for repairing your Audi (and other makes). After a long search for repairing my car, Steve was very helpful over the phone without even seeing the car. He gave me an honest opinion and range or repair cost - again, without seeing the car. I brought it in and he repaired it and a couple other things he found that were related. When I came to pick the car up, he noticed another issue when pulling it up for me. He brought it right back in the garage and let me borrow his car while they made this additional repair. I was not charged for this, as Steve took responsibility for it. Honesty and fair pricing is difficult to find, especially with cars that are expensive to fix, and I'm thrilled I've landed at a place I can trust and use moving forward. Debbie is so sweet, she made me very comfortable and I left the business knowing that I will return here with confidence. My service was fast and at a great price! Review Very negligent and irresponsible. Let them know engine had old sludgy oil stuck to engine for last 3 years and did not pass emmisions. I wanted their opinion on the possibility of passing emissions.  After cleaning oil control valve and all passengers in cylinder head. They told me to drive the car and bring back for emmisions check. I drove the car about 15 miles and the engine locked up as a result of work performed. They refused to take responsibility after never letting me know this could happen. They did not advise me that their tinkering could render my car undrivable.  They should have informed of the risk and given the choice of deciding.
