I had the transmission go out on my ford five hundred. Ford quoted me over $9000 for a new CVT transmission. I searched around for several weeks and decided to use Dugan's Transmission after getting their name from Certified Transmission. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and quality workmanship. As a female in Chicago without my husband I didn't feel that they tried to one over me by any means. They were honest about all the processes and very understanding about the need to save as much money as possible. Jim Dugan was very straightforward about everything as well as being very knowledgeable about my specific CVT transmission. Overall I felt the service I received here was above par and highly recommend anyone who needs car work done to have it done here.

I own a 2005 gmc sierra 2500 in which i use for work and really beat the hell out of. Last Year i was having shifting issues i took it to New Star and the provided a very professional service and modified my trans to handle heavy duty loads since the its been running great and has not given me a problem ever since it came out of there....
