I was very pleased with my recent experience at sunset automotive #3. I was broke down on the side of the road and I was very impressed with how quickly the tow truck responded. I was more impressed with the unbelievable customer service. Chris Caldron was so welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his explanation of what was wrong with the vehicle. He also did a great job of explaining it to me so I could understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My Escalade had failed the state emmission test . I had taken it to 2 local facilities and they told me I needed to replace all 4 of my air sensors . I took it to Red's and they found I had a bad wire at the connector for the brain box . They repaired it for 300.00 when everyone else quoted me 600.00 . The vehicle passed with flying colors . Awesome work and very knowledgeable staff . I have recommended all my friends to go there and no one has been disappointed . My van was serviced here after noticing that my tire seemed flat. I arrived with no appointment and with two toddlers tagging along. Employees were very courteous and helpful.
