Alternator took a dump, found this mechanic shop in Plainfield, IL, near me, towed it in and bam got lucky left 3 hours later. This Plainfield auto repair shop is on top of their game. Thanks for getting me in and back on the road so quick and cost effectively.

I took my car in not knowing what to expect after my daughter had hit a curb hard and also noticing weird noises coming from my fairly newly bought used car. 59 Auto took it right in and fixed it very quickly and it didn't cost nearly as much as I had feared. I was very pleasantly surprised.

We always use high quality parts in our repairs; through the years we’ve been in business we’ve found that it just doesn’t pay to use lower quality parts unless it’s a customer request to keep costs down. We did have a period where we were having employee quality issues, but have since resolved those. It’s very unfortunate that it impacted some of our customers as we worked through it. Hands DOWN the best service in town. They are honest, and always do everything to accomidate me. They support my older car nd give me real options on how to proceed when I need to choose the best repair options. I can't say enough good things about the Great service they offer every time I am in. Paul has always helped me and they work hard to get me in and out quickly with a loaner car option (I dont even see that with the dealer any more)! You won't be sorry you called them.

Had car towed there with recommendation from brother. Would not even offer a ballpark figure for repair. He had car for 3 days, total came to $238.04. Picked up car, greasy fingerprints on door handle, hood, side of car. Inside smelt like a hobo mechanic had been sleeping in it. Driver side floor mat covered in grease,radio presets wiped out. Most shops lay paper down inside to keep greasy boot prints out, they wipe down the outside of the car if they mess it up. Better places will even reset your clock and radio stations if they unhook battery. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they fixed the brakes. Will not go back in future.
