Sitting on the fence of keeping or getting rid of my 90s Toyota that I enjoy driving to this day, I decided to get a quote from them based on recommendations about their very competitive pricing, customer service, and my preference to support small business. The car had a massive oil leak, so I knew it would be costly. They took great care in finding all of the potential leaks and changed the timing belt for an excellent price that wasn't as bad as I had thought. Please stay away from this crooked business. They quoted one price then added a extra $400 in parts that they claimed were needed. Moreover, Brad who ran the shop was very disrespectful. I also plan tio file a complaint with the BBB.

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

They support my older car nd give me real options on how to proceed when I need to choose the best repair options. I can't say enough good things about the Great service they offer every time I am in. Paul has always helped me and they work hard to get me in and out quickly with a loaner car option (I dont even see that with the dealer any more)! You won't be sorry you called them.
