I dropped off my car, spoke with Dmitri, who told me it will take 1.5 hours. He took my number to call me when its done. I stayed in the neighborhood, so after 2 hours with no phone call, I dropped in to see it's done. It was not done. It was not even moved from where I left. This placed is so unorganized that the individuals I spoke to didn't even know I dropped off the car. So unprofessional. They lost a customer today. ~Michael

Appt confirmed, but when I got there, they somehow were unable to do The service, but scheduled me for another date of my choosing and provided a 50% discount for my troubles. It is not the first time I was there, but because they are cognizant of their customers time, I will keep coming back!! Thank you!!
They worked hard to keep our 2006 vehicle running great.
