Erik is a true professional. I used Mobile Service Pros when I wanted to get a car I found on craigslist inspected prior to making a purchase. I'm from out of town, don't know much about cars and don't know any mechanics in the Elkahart area, but I found the Mobile Service Pro website online and decided to give this young buisness a shot. I'm glad I did. What happened was I arranged Erik to meet me with his work van at a gas station just off the highway prior to going to the seller's house. Upon greeting Erik, he showed me his ASE certificate and told me to follow him because he knows the area well and understood that I'm unfamiliar with the region. When we got to the seller's place he started to work his magic. He inspected the engine fully, took the car for a very comprehensive test drive, ran a whole bunch of tests using his fancy equipment, put the car up on his portable ramp and checked the undercarriage on a creeper. After that, Erik showed me the pictures he took while he was under the car and pointed out any issues that he saw while being down there. With all of the facts that Erik presented to me, I was able to make an informed decision on the purchase and felt very confident doing so. Erik is a very humble competant guy, who offers fair prices, and really knows his cars. Thanks!

Awesome.. My preformance exaust busted off from the in let. So here I am on a Saturday 2 hours before they close and they still managed to get me a new preformance muffler at a decent price and install. Thanks Tom... I'll be back with another vehicle

Never been more satisfied by an automotive shop. Awesome staff and kind is just the tip of the iceburg! They have serviced my cars for many years and I listen to them when they say I need something done to my car. I learned the hard way to "plan when you want to get your car fixed - preventive maintence". I will never go anywhere else. Gary has serviced my 1989 Civic DX since 2009; because he's competent and extremely fair. Gary has resolved every issue I've brought to him. My car would be in the junkyard without him. He had to return two brand new distributors that would not work. He found an older one in his collection of parts and made it work. If you have a Honda or Toyota, I recommend Gary.
