My car went dead while I was driving in New Orleans one day. I called Mike's Mobile Mechanic Service out. They checked the problem and replaced my alternator while charging my battery.I just wanted a new battery so I could be on my way. But I would of had the same thing happen on my way back home. Mike's was so good at helping me to understand what was needed and I didn't have to waste money on a battery, they saved me from having to get my car towed and god knows how much and how long it would have took at a shop I would have never got home for the kids,Thanks Mike You saved me a lot of money and time.I will call again when I need auto repairs You have a customer for life with me :)

Tye has been repairing my car for over 15 years. He always treated me fairly and I've never had to worry when I leave my car with him. I trust his judgement on what repairs need to be done. I have lived in Slidell for 21 years and as usual I would let the cheap shops like Pepboys , Walmart..etc work on my cars. Well About 5 yrs ago I needed a Motor put in my wifes car. So off of a friends advice I met with Mr. Allen. And I was blown away at how HONEST and Quality of his work. Yes I heard he had some issues with some of his past employees,But all that is water under the bridge now.... He is MY mechanic now !!! Allen has been a blessing to me and my family, he cares about his work and your pocket book and this is a rare trait now a days.For a owner to do the work himself because his Name is on the building you know he is gonna back up his work. Allen has done several jobs on several of my cars since then and he always comes through, an sets the bar even higher...BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS MECHANIC, I PROMISE YOU 100% SATISFACTION.

I brought my car in to get fixed and as I was explaining the issue to the mechanic his phone rang. While I was talking, without saying "excuse me I need to take this" or "can you hold on a minute" he picks up the phone and just walks away. After I waited for a couple of minutes thinking surely he is coming back , he never came back and never apologized. It was as though he wanted me to leave and that is exactly what I did. How unprofessional! On top of that when we got the car back from them it was worse than it was before! The owner said he would have someone look at it the next day and it was been three days and still have heard nothing! They don't communicate with you about the problems with your car and they pretend as though they did nothing wrong. I do not suggest this shop to anyone.
