On October 30th we arrived in New Orleans in a BMW M6 with AC and brake problems. After reading the lousy reviews of the dealer, on a whim ( this was a Sunday afternoon) I caller Raz at Briskers and surprise... he answered the phone. I told him about my problems and he said to bring it over and he would look at it. This was important as we only planned to be in New Orleans for 3 days, leaving Wednesday AM. He diagnosed the problems, we left the car and Tuesaday noon the car was ready. Professionally done. If I lived in NOLA he would be the only place I went for my srevice. Great service, great guy. I have been knowing of and using Diagnostic Auto Repair since the 1980s. Rikey and Paul have been and remain in business in Laplace for a simple reason. These guys know what they are doing and are the best I have found who explain the service or repairs you need and why and do the job right. Being a retired mechanic and auto collector and enthusiast all my life, I know. It is extremely hard for me to let anyone touch my vehicles as I used to do most of my own repairs and for my friends and family until I became disabled in 2006.
