Brake repair service near Andover, MA

I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.

Had them "build" an EJ25 subaru motor for me not long ago. After 3k miles it is burning 1qt every 3k miles, and visibly smokes in boost and on decel. Alex assured me "the motor isn't broken in yet" at 2k miles. Its only gotten worse and I just continue to get run in circles. Don't go here to get an engine "assembled" go somewhere that's actually going to BUILD it and stand behind it. A few dynos and 300 facebook reviews totaling 4.9 stars is very capable of fooling your wallet!

STOP NOT GO HERE. This place is a joke. This guy will try to make more work then what you come for. I went there for an alignment and he tried to get me to do a brake line. I should have asked around since he has a bad reputation for over charging and bad work from regular people and other shop owners form the area. Don't be stupid like I was, ask around and you'll see.

Very professional service always well taken care of. My family has been using Paradise Auto Service for years and I can honestly say I wouldn't change unless I had to for an extreme reason. The 4 years I have been going I have been 100% completely satisfied with the work that has been done. They are very reasonable priced as well. Dave and Chip are wonderful professionals who really care about you and your car. They know Audi's and BMW's inside out and are committed to doing the best job possible. They also take extra time to make sure you understand what is needed and why. I recently had to have my car towed because of a check engine light and, what we thought to be a low oil pressure light. Both Dave and Chip spent hours going over the car trying to diagnose the problem and talking to my husband and myself. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was charged the Diagnostic fee only. I have since taken it back for service and couldn't be happier. They charge a fair price for great work. As an Audi owner for many years I have found that many mechanics really don't know how to work on my car or misdiagnose issues. This will not happen with Village European. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

PDM is great. They never try to sell me anything, they just tell me what's wrong, and fix it fast, and they always stay around the estimate. The staff is friendly and the costs are low. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here.

I would not come to this shop again. It seemed to me at first like this was an honest shop. The reason I agreed to service my vehicle there was because they gave me a reasonable quote on installation of struts. A mechanic who worked on my vehicle did a bunch of work. I paid for all the services, but they did not change the brake fluid in my vehicle. I learned 2 months later about it when I went for oil change to a different mechanic. He showed me the test strip that the brake fluid was not changed. Also the type of oil they put in your vehicle is unknown. But they take a big advantage of a customer since for the full synthetic oil change they charge the double price. I would not recommend this shop!
